Grouting and demolition is complete and the site is being prepared for the commencement of civil works.
We have entered into an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement with the builder Decode who are currently leading the 70% design phase which should be complete by mid-May. We are hoping to appoint them as our Head Contractor at the completion of the 70% design phase.
