Stronach Group is proud to celebrate its 100th year anniversary. The Stronach construction business was founded in 1923 by William Stronach and was awarded the contract to build the Newcastle Civic Theatre in 1927. The Stronach business continued on to become a leader in the Newcastle and Hunter Property industry.

The redevelopment of the Honeysuckle Precinct began with the Boardwalk which comprises apartments, commercial spaces and renowned restaurants such as Nagisa, the Dockyard and Silo and then progressed to Lee Wharf Stages 1 -3 with over 210 waterfront apartments, cafes and restaurants and the well-known Honeysuckle Hotel.
