Aventine

Aventine is two projects rolled into one, with 30 luxury townhouses and two apartment blocks included on the one site. The 30 townhouses surround the perimeter of the site, and the two apartment blocks emerge from the centre.

The apartment blocks contain 22 two and three bedroom residential apartments with two penthouses located on the fifth floor.
