The Boardwalk is a mixed-use inner-city project situated at Honeysuckle on Newcastle Harbour.

The project comprises thirty-three apartments, eleven retail/restaurant premises, nine commercial office suites, almost 3,000m² of office space and a 134 space basement carpark. Marketing commenced in December 2001 and all thirty-three apartments sold in four days
