City Extra Apartments

An inner-city development of residential apartments and commercial space including the retention of some of the existing building.

City Extra consists of 89 residential apartments on seven floors, as well as three small commercial spaces.

Stronach was both the developer & builder and also managed the design and construction process of the project.
