Developed by a consortium, the project consists of 70 luxury apartments, 12 commercial suites, 11 ground floor retail/restaurant spaces, a single-story glass pavilion and the restoration of the former Lee Wharf C railway storage shed which houses a boutique hotel and restaurant.
